Report: Samsung planning to globally unveil the Galaxy A6 in India first

Few hours ago – in recent leaks, we have seen the first high-definition renders and video of Samsung’s Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6 Plus. A new report has emerged to confirm the launch location.

According to new report by 91mobiles, Samsung is planning to globally unveil the Galaxy A6 and A6 Plus in India first. The report also share basic specs of the two mid-range smartphones.

As reported, the Galaxy A6 will sport a 5.6-inch display with 18:9 aspect-ratio. But earlier leak suggested that the Galaxy A6 smartphones will feature 18:5:9 aspect ratio.

Other specs, the Galaxy A6 will have 4GB/32GB storage option, and 16MP camera on its front and back. The Galaxy A6 to boost 3000mAh battery and Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. According to earlier report, the smaller Galaxy A6 will come with Exynos 7870 chipset.

The elder brother, Galaxy A6 Plus will boost Snapdragon 625 chipset, and 4GB RAM. The Galaxy A6 Plus could sport a 6-inch AMOLED panel. Both device expected to sport a microUSB port instead of a USB Type-C port.

According to the source, the Samsung is expected to introduce the mid-range device, sometime by the end of this month.
