Samsung announced Galaxy Tab S5e, its next gen slimmer and lighter tablet
While we're just a few days away from the official unveiling of Galaxy S10 flagship, Samsung has now introduced its next-gen Galaxy Tab as Galaxy Tab S5e that is slimmer, lighter and stylish than its predecessors. The most remarkable things about this new tablet are its design as the Tab S5e wears 5.5mm thin sleek metal body and weighing only 400g. What makes it stylish is its monochromatic colors that include Silver, Black, and Gold options. As this is the first Samsung tablet that comes with Android P based One UI operating system and in our opinion, the Tab S5e looks good with One UI interface and delivers the new features that come with it. Also, Bixby 2.0 has officially made its way to this tablet alongside the standalone version of DeX to play a PC like experience right away with the support of a keyboard. To produce an immersive experience, this tablet comes with a 10.5-inch super AMOLED edge to edge display that produces clear colors and expands the experience even further with the support of AKG tuned audio, Dolby Atmos and Spotify. To ensure this big tablet doesn't run out of power, Samsung has installed a 7040mAh battery with fast charging, which can provide up to 14.5 hours of viewing backup. For performance, the tab S5e comes bundled with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 670 and available in 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM or 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM storage options that can be expanded up to 512GB via microSD card. “The Tab S5e is a top-tier tablet with a sleek design and powerful features, available at a new price point,” said DJ Koh, President, and CEO of IT & Mobile Communications Division, Samsung. “For users who want intelligence that keeps them connected so they can get more done—as well as a big, beautiful screen for a rich, premium entertainment experience—the Tab S5e delivers,” he added. The Tab S5e will be available in select markets including the U.S., Germany and other countries from 2Q 2019. One of the most noticeable thing this tablet naming contains - is its 'e' letter placed after S5, similar to the upcoming 'Galaxy S10e' the smaller variant from S10 trip. Also, it indicates that the company later may unveil Galaxy Tab S5 before the releasing of Note10. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1YXDvb6P0M
