Galaxy S9 and S9+ receiving February security patch with ‘Night Mode Schedule’ feature and other improvements

Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ has completed its Android Pie/One UI rollout schedule in almost every country and now this flagship has started receiving the latest security patch along with new feature and improvements to the One UI OS.

This update is currently rolling out in Germany and brings February 2019 security patch along with new feature as ‘Night Mode Schedule’ which allows users to add a time schedule for the night mode theme to apply automatically and can be found under Settings > Display > Set Night Mode Schedule. The update also brings stability improvements for WLAN, NFC, EMAIL, and Gestures.

This update for Galaxy S9 and S9+ is rolling out as software version G960FXXU2CSB3 and G965FXXU2CSB3 respectively. The update weighs at 360.97 MB and there are a hefty amount of chances that users of these phones in other countries may soon receive the same update.
