AT&T Galaxy S9, S9 Plus getting a new software update with new features and improvements

AT&T has released an over-the-air (OTA) update for its version of the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. In addition to the usual round of bug fixes and security improvements, the carrier also took the time to add its new “Messaging as a Platform (MaaP)” feature.

The latest software update brings July 2018 security patch, and it improved the network performance of the devices.

The Galaxy S9 update version is G960USQU3ARG7 while the Galaxy S9 Plus version is G965USQU3ARG7. The size of the update is 546MB.

To check for the update manually, you can go into Settings>System update.
