Samsung's Edge Lighting has been there for a long time but with Good Lock's "EdgeLighting+" users can get a bit more out of this feature. And with a new update, this plugin has brought a new effect that will make use of your Galaxy S10's cutout display.
Samsung today has pushed an app update for Good Lock's EdgeLighting+ module that with a new "Eclipse" effect, that allows you apply a light animation Galaxy S10 devices' hole punch cutout and will be functioned when you receive a notification.
First, you need to update the EdgeLighting+ module, "Good Lock" app > tap on Family tab at the bottom > tap on "EdgeLighting+".
And if you've already updated it, from EdgeLighting+, open Effect > Swipe to left and find "Eclipse" effect, from here you can also select your notification's color and duration.
Note: "Edge lighting" feature must be ON to use EdgeLighting+ module.
How to activate: To activate it go to Quick Access/Notification Panel > Swipe right, then tap on "Edge lighting". Or just simply go to the Settings > Display > Edge screen > tap on the slider to turn on or to edit additional settings of Edge lighting.
