We recently heard that Samsung is working on an improved low light photography solution as "Night Mode" feature based on improved algorithms and AI power, which is expected to roll out very soon.
According to the tipster iceuniverse, the Night Mode update for Galaxy S10 devices may rollout in April or May. The tipster previously revealed that this feature is heavily upgraded in terms of the algorithm for low light photography and is better than the current Super Night Shot.
This type of camera optimizations are based on algorithms and machine learning that detects the scene and adds lights in a low light area by capturing multiple shots and combining them in one, and removes noise, creating more quality and more details.
Samsung Galaxy S10 lineup comes with its own 'Super Night Shot' mode that comes build into the Scene Optimizer and automatically enhances up to 30 different types of photos in any type of dark environment.
With Super Night Shot, Samsung has significantly improved its Night time photography but still, it's not enough to beat the Google Pixel's Night Sight, which also based on algorithms and AI optimizations.
