Samsung's foldable phone will officially be on sale from April 26 but before that Samsung display, the display making division of Samsung has said that it has been rolling out foldable screens for the Galaxy Fold.
According to YonhapNews, Samsung Display has announced that it celebrated the mass production of its foldable screen (Infinity Flex display) for the Galaxy Fold at its production line in Asan, about 100 kilometers south of Seoul, on April 9, 2019. Although, as it started the company did not provide any specific details about the production capacity.
Meanwhile the company has scheduled the launch of Galaxy Fold on April 26 in the global market with the price tag of $1980 and its 5G model is expected to come around mid-May.
The Galaxy Fold features a 7.3-inch Infinity Flex main display, which is capable of fold into a compact size smartphone. Also, this device uses a 4.6-inch cover display to allows users to interact with the phone, while is folded.
