Samsung has sent Android Pie update for previously released Galaxy flagships and now one of its last year's smartphone is receiving this new OS upgrade, which will change its current user interface and will install new features.

This software update for Galaxy J8 brings Android version 9.0 Pie and Samsung's One UI interface along with new features. Also, the update contains April 2019 security patch including bug fixes and system improvements.

The update for Galaxy J8 comes with build version - J810FPUU3BSD1 and currently rolling in Russia and will soon reach out to more regions, as it proceeds further.

Users of Samsung Galaxy J8 can check this update manually via Settings > Software update > Download update manually.
