Samsung launched Galaxy S10 lineup with new display, better camera system, and next level hardware for better performance. As this 10th-anniversary flagship not only blooming the hearts of Samsung fans but also bringing a rise in its sales graph because a report suggest that the company is now planning to ship more devices from phone series.
According to a report to Digitimes, Samsung aims to hike up overall shipments of Galaxy S10 lineup. As a result, shipment of the Galaxy S10 series expected to grow 10-15% to reach 60 million units in 2019, which is higher than its predecessor.
A well-known industry analyst recently forecasted that the Galaxy S10 series will ship more than 45 million units, from prior expectations of 30 to 35 million units.
As the world's number one smartphone maker, Samsung owns more than 20% of the total smartphone sale happens on the globe. And this lineup unveiling will play an important role in its sales figure that offers eye-catching technologies.
Moreover, the S10 lineup also includes its 5G phone the Galaxy S10 5G which will start shipping from April 5 in South Korea, and the sales of this smartphone are expected to grow rapidly when the other countries will rollout the 5G network services commercially.
Apart from this, Samsung's new innovation the Galaxy Fold will also start to roll out from late April to early May in announced countries. Although, Samsung has limited quantities for this phone but market analysts expected that Samsung's foldable display market will stay on top for the next two to four years.
