Finally, Verizon rolling out Android 9.0 Pie for Note 9

Earlier we saw US unlocked Galaxy Note 9 is started receiving the Android Pie and now, Verizon locked Galaxy Note 9 is ready to receive Android 9.0 Pie over the air.

US Unlocked Galaxy Note 9 getting Android 9.0 Pie update

This new OS update from Verizon brings Android 9.0 Pie, Samsung’s ‘One UI’ features and user interface, and the February 2019 security patch with various bug fixes. Some of the highlighted features of this update are Adaptive Battery, Adaptive Brightness, App Actions, Slices, and new screen navigation.

The Galaxy Note 9 on Verizon is receiving this update with software version N960USQU1CSB3. To download the update, go to the Settings on your phone, Then Software update menu, and tap Download updates manually. It is possible that this update may delay on your device but will soon appear as a notification when it's being processed.

Note: After updating to Android 9.0 Pie/One UI, some apps, including Calculator, Samsung Internet, Samsung Health, Samsung Notes, Samsung Members, and Samsung Pay, need to be updated individually.
