It's been seen in the renders and in the reports that the upcoming Galaxy Watch Active will not come with its legacy feature "Rotation Dial" and the new design of the device gives clear indicates on that. Now new information has confirmed that there will actually be no rotating bezel and the size of the display is also been reduced. According to Sammobile, the Galaxy Watch Active will feature a 1.1-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with a resolution of 360×360 pixels compared to the Gear Sport's 1.2-inch screen size. Also, there will no rotating bezel on this device which makes it sleeker in design.

Galaxy Watch Active is coming, specs confirmed

This smartwatch is powered by the Exynos 9110, 4GB internal storage, 230mAh battery which is smaller than the Gear sport (300mAh) and will run on Tizen Version 4.0.0.3. Moreover, The smartwatch has built in a speaker, an LTE model, and there could be a dual eSIM model cannot be confirmed at the moment. The buttons on the side will work as Back and Menu keys. It was recently revealed that the watch will come in Black, Silver, Green and Pink Gold color options and expected to unveiled alongside Galaxy S10 series, while Samsung is yet to confirm the launch date of this wearables.
