We’re still a few weeks away from CES 2019, and Samsung has announced the appearance of its 2019’s lifestyle TVs – The Frame and The Serif TV at the event.
At CES 2019, The Frame TV and SERIF TV will be on display in the large lifestyle TV exhibition zone of Samsung’s booth to showcase their innovative design, performance, and how they seamlessly blend into daily life.
The Frame – When it is not being used to enjoy TV or movie content, The Frame’s Art Mode displays digital pieces of artwork, including paintings and pictures, to turn an everyday living space into an art gallery.
For the first time, The Frame 2019 will be equipped with QLED display, offering deeper contrasts, deeper and darker blacks, and 100% color volume. And With the help of ‘Samsung Art Store’, users can access over 1000 art pieces compiled from world-class galleries, museums, and artists around the world.
The new Frame also features Bixby, Samsung’s AI-powered voice control platform making it truly a Smart TV. Users can control the TV and access streaming platforms along with voice control.
The Serif TV was developed as an aesthetic-focused TV in collaboration with Paris-based famous design brothers Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec. In any environment, it is designed to harmonize with space, and the product itself becomes an interior element.
Samsung’s Serif TV 2019 is also equipped with QLED display, that will enhance the original function of the TV and maximize the interior effect by applying ‘Magic Screen’ function which shows the living information and photos when the TV is turned off.
In addition, Samsung plans to introduce new products by changing the lineup from the existing sizes to 43, 49, 55 on demands by consumers preferences for large TVs.
Both ‘The Frame’ and ‘Serif TV’ are scheduled to be launched in major countries such as the US, Europe, and Korea starting in April next year.
