Galaxy A8s gets certified by the FCC, confirms Infinity O display

Samsung is planning to launch a new Galaxy phone in early 2019. The phone could feature the first infinity O display, and it is likely to be, the Galaxy A8s.

Now, the device gets certified by the FCC (via GalaxyClub) with the model number SM-G8870.

If you see the screenshot below, the upper left corner of the screen has been left free, despite the different notifications that can be seen in the notification bar. It could be the place where the ‘cut-out’ for the camera can be found.

According to the rumors, it could feature a 6.39-inch TFT LCD display with the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 770 chipset. And the 6GB RAM with 128GB of internal storage.

Further, there could be a triple camera setup on the back of the device, a 3400 mAh battery.
