Galaxy Note 9 battery life received a significant boost with the November update

Samsung has given its latest flagship, the Galaxy Note 9, a 4,000mAh battery, which is 700mAh larger than last year’s Galaxy Note 8 and 500mAh larger than the company’s latest S series counterpart, the Galaxy S9 Plus.

After the latest software update, many Galaxy Note 9 users (including our readers and on social media,) are reporting that battery life of the Galaxy Note 9 (international variants) received a significant boost with the November 2018 Android Security update.

Not all owners of the Galaxy Note 9 noticed battery life changes following the November security patch, though some claim the overall performance of the devices is now smoother.
