At the launch event of Galaxy Note 9, it was the first time when Samsung mentioned the 512GB microSD and announced that the company will introduce the card later year. Which is now officially listed on Samsung’s website in multiple countries.
This 512GB MicroSDXC EVO Plus card comes with a Full-Size SD Adapter and lets you record/play 4K UHD video with an ultra-fast read & write speeds up to 100MB/s & 90MB/s respectively. The company claimed this 512GB EVO Plus lets you transfer a 3GB video to your notebook in just 38 seconds.
Currently, the price of the card is only revealed on Samsung Germany at €289,90 ($320) and Samsung UK at £227.00 ($291) website, it’s also listed in the US but not with the price.
For now, the product pages of 512GB EVO Plus card is online in many countries, which indicates that it’ll soon be available around the world.
