Samsung launches “Notebook Flash”, featuring retro-style keyboard and a fingerprint sensor

Samsung has introduced a new member in its notebook family as ‘Notebook Flash’ AKA ‘Laptop Flash’, this notebook is launched in South Korea and customized for network services of KT (Network Provider).

The eye-catching feature of this notebook is its retro style keyboard, which gives a feel of an analog typewriter. Each of the keycaps is curved making it easy to type and clicks smoothly, and a three-dimensional palm rest keeps the palm and wrists in comfort.

Another notable feature of the latest device is the security system because it is armed with a fingerprint scanner powered by Microsoft’s Windows 10 OS, which allows users to log in quickly and securely using a fingerprint sensor located on the keyboard.



In addition, Users can also store various personal files and data in the ‘Secret Folder’ and makes it accessible only when you log in securely with your own account.

For network processing, it uses Intel’s latest 802.11 ac 2X2 Gigabit wireless LAN card that can boast the download time of large files such as high-resolution videos at the speeds up to 1.7Gbps.

The Notebook features a 13.3-inch FHD display to enjoy the high-resolution contents and equipped with a USB-C port and also supports the next-generation storage media UFS (Universal Flash Storage) card.

The price of Samsung Notebook Flash (NT531XBB-K01BB) is 820,000 won ($725) and available in three color options including – White, Charcoal, and Coral.
