Samsung is working on a Galaxy S10 Plus variant with 5G connectivity

Samsung’s next year flagship Galaxy S10 is speculated to be launched in three variants and one of them will come with 5G connectivity.

According to The Bell, the South Korean company is working on a Galaxy S10 variant with 5G connectivity. The report says the S10 variant will only be produced in limited quantities, as 5G networks aren’t expected to be widespread in 2019.

All Galaxy S10 models will come with an on-screen fingerprint sensor

Other speculations have indicated that the Galaxy S10 lineup will be available in three variants: a 5.8-inch model will come with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, while two other models to be available in 6.1- and 6.4-inch sizes will feature an ultrasonic on-screen fingerprint scanner.

In the past, a report indicates Samsung is planning to launch Galaxy S10 during MWC 2019 in February.
