The Samsung Galaxy J4 is claimed to have silently been launched in India. According to Mumbai-based mobile retailer, Galaxy J4 comes in 2GB + 16GB and 3GB + 32GB memory variants (both expandable up to 256 GB) and is priced at INR 9,990 and INR 11,990 respectively.
A retailer Mahesh Telecom on Thursday took to Twitter to reveal that the Samsung Galaxy J4 is now available in India. From the box, we can say this phone is part of Samsung’s “Make for India” initiative.

As the listing confirms the Galaxy J4 is budget segment phone and equipped with a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display, powered by 1.4GHz Exynos 7570 64-bit octa-core SoC, boosted by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage (expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card). This phone comes with a 3,000mAh non-removable battery and Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.
The Galaxy J4 features a 13-megapixel primary camera (f/1.9 aperture) and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera (f/2.2 aperture). The phone measures 151.7 x 77.2 x 8.1mm and weigh at 145 grams. The Galaxy J4 comes in Black, Gold, and Orchid Gray color variants. As for the launching, price of the device is still in hiatus as well as the launch in other countries.
